Fit Back & Bumps Fit back and bumps is an exercise program that has two parts to it. Antenatal  (in pregnancy) and post natal (after baby is born). A lot a women are fearful to exercise in pregnancy and post birth largely  due to the fact of being unsure of the do’s and do not’s what’s safe what’s not. As a fully qualified Physiotherapist who for over six years has specialised in women’s health, pain in pregnancy and post natal rehabilitation I have the skills to be able to advise and adapt exercises as required during and after the birth  of your baby.
